- Input listing in the MLS, including photos & disclosures.
- Prepare listing paperwork and obtain signatures as needed.
- Collect HOA documents and make sure disclosures are filled out and completed by seller(s).
- Order sign posts up & down.
- Create timeline/summary & send to escrow, buyers agent, and seller(s).
- Review purchase agreement, counter offers & amendments to ensure all are fully executed.
- Keep track of deadlines per contract agreement.
- Email completed seller disclosure to buyer’s agent.
- Create commission demand.
- Upload all disclosures, documents & reports to online transaction management system.
- Maintain weekly contact with all parties involved for status updates & outstanding items.
- Make sure all necessary paperwork is in at the time of closing to ensure your commission check will not be delayed.
